Govt will honour all commitments made to Andhra Pradesh: Jaitley

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today assured the Lok Sabha that government will honour all commitments made to Andhra Pradesh at the time of its bifurcation. Intervening during a discussion on Railways in the House Mr Jaitley said he had spoken to the State Chief Minister and is trying to find a solution to these issues very shortly. However, the agitating TDP members were not satisfied with the assurance of the Finance Minister. In the meantime Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar said the government is considering the demands of Andhra Pradesh and all the issue will be settled soon. Thereafter agitating members went back their seats.
