Children's Film Festival concludes in Hyderabad
The 19th International Children's Film Festival of India, ICFFI, concluded in Hyderabad Friday. Russian film 'Celestial Camel' bagged the best feature film award. Korean film 'How to Steal a Dog' was adjudged as the best film in Asian Panorama section. Belgium’s film 'Song of the Sea' bagged the best animated film award.
Governor of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, ESL Narasimhan was the chief guest at the concluding ceremony. Speaking on the occasion, the governor said, the children’s film festival provided an opportunity to showcase the talent in children.
Chairman of Children Film Society of India, CFSI, Mukesh Khanna called upon children to become physically fit and bring laurels to the country. Amidst cheers from kids, he announced that he would return as Shaktimaan, the popular serial that was telecast by Doordarshan in the past.
